EARLEY & SHERYL MCKINLEY are the Senior Pastors of Kingdom Builders Christian Center, Inc., a non-denominational, bible-based, spirit filled, prophetic and apostolic church located in Lakeland, FL.
Pastor Earley McKinley, III was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. A born-builder since his youth, Earley obtained his  State Building contractor’s license in 1998 and became well known  in construction of both residential homes and commercial buildings in the Lakeland area and surrounding communities.  Having an impeccable spirit of excellence has afforded Earley the ability to build as an entrepreneur in the marketplace and also as a Deacon serving for 20 years in ministry.  His exemplary eye for detail, design, and decor are displayed throughout the construction of many custom homes in Polk County and the beautifully renovated Lakeland campus of
Kingdom Builders Christian Center, Inc.
Pastor Sheryl, a native of Plant City Florida, is also no stranger to the building process. After receiving her ministerial license in 1999 under the leadership of the late, great Pastor Greg Powe, Sheryl immediately put her hand  to the Gospel plow in the Lord’s vineyard serving in various ministry leadership capacities over the course of 25 years… praying for multitudes and preaching the Kingdom of God.
Having served together for several years in various kingdom assignments within the Body of Christ, the McKinleys humbly accepted the call of God to launch out and plant a new church in Lakeland, Florida.

On January 12, 2020, Kingdom Builders Christian Center, Incorporated, held its very first worship service in the small auditorium of a local middle school with nearly 250 enthusiastic supporters in attendance.  When the pandemic hit in March 2020, however, the school where the church was meeting shut their doors forcing KBCC to shift from Sunday services in person to virtual, online platforms namely Facebook and YouTube.  After three months of strictly live streaming services, KBCC was blessed to move into its current physical location in the Parkway Corporate Center, Lakeland FL.
